Hello folks-

Been a long time listener -- I think I first started listening to the Share series during Quarter Share's production (or maybe Half Share) and obviously have become a huge fan of everything Nate does.  (He does a great job as Gerard in Abbie Hilton's Cowry Catchers, too).  I was lucky to interview Nate in early 2008 in an episode of my Linux Reality podcast and I think that episode was able to direct a few folks his way.  ;-)

I've been meaning to join the forums ever since he set them up but just never got to it.  With the end of Owner's Share, I figured this was as good a time as any.  Something tells me there will be some discussion here about that particular book.

I enjoyed Owner's Share and the way the story concluded.  I think it makes sense to see him get off the merry-go-round of watch standing for awhile and find himself.  I'm sad to see the Share series end, but excited about what future adventures might lie ahead for Ishmael.  I also very much look forward to Cape Grace -- I think South Coast was an /excellent/ story, and one that seems to get lost in all the Share stories.  I've listened to all Nate's books multiple times, of course, but South Coast is a semi-hidden gem.  I look forward to revisiting the Shaman's Tales.  Hopefully, Nate will take up Cape Grace next. (hint, hint).

Anyway, I just wanted to say hi.
