Nathan Lowell (Chade Villota) had a full career in information systems before coming to Education. He holds a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from SUNY/Buffalo (1992), an MA in Educational Technology from the University of Northern Colorado (1998) and a Ph.D. in Educational Technology from the University of Northern Colorado (2004).  He is the Technologies Coordinator for the National Center on Sensory and Severe Disabilities at UNCo, and an adjunct faculty teaching distance education courses for Morehead State University, Morehead, KY.
